On 8 September 2000 ANNA OSMUSHKINA FASHION HOUSE has opened a new Boutique “AVL” in Riga marked by Premier Show of new women’s daily wear stylish collections “Incubator” fall – winter 2000/01 and “Ink” spring – summer 2001.

The opening of Boutique “AVL” was devoted to the second anniversary of ANNA OSMUSHKINA FASHION HOUSE residence and it is said was sumptuous, but at the same time very stylish. Journalists were pleasantly surprised by a new price strategy for original designer’s creations, made of newest fabric collections, presented in Boutique AVL.

As a daily newspaper “Panorama of Latvia” wrote: “Anna Osmushkina collections presented in Boutique “AVL” are very interesting not only for the point of view of design, but as well as from the point of view of accessible prices for middle statistic women”. ANNA OSMUSHKINA also confirms this opinion saying: ”We made our own Latvian market investigation and came to a conclusion that there are either a small group of very customers, or a large group of poor buyers. Middle class of customers is absent today”.

ANNA OSMUSHKINA has intention to create fresh ideas innovative mini – collections for Boutique “AVL” every two weeks, as experimental springboard for big seasonal collections to examine the demand on the market. In addition, ANNA OSMUSHKINA has recently returned from Düsseldorf, where new prêt – a – porter collections “Incubator” and “Ink” were successfully presented at Mode Messe CPD Düsseldorf (ANNA OSMUSHKINA managed to collude contracts with dealers from Germany, Greece, Belgium and South Korea production and sale of these collections).
