Anna Osmushkina's
biography is not only the history of an artist of fashion, but also
the history of the whole epoque in Latvian and Baltic Countries
fashion. She has been working as designer of clothes for 20 years.
Anna Osmushkina was born in 1961. Anna
started drawing sketches and making dresses when she was 5 years
old.
She became involved in fashion design at the end of her studies
(after graduating from Latvian College of applied Arts). In 1979
Anna began working as designer in the most famous Fashion
corporation "Rigas Modes" existed at that time in Latvia. By 1990
she became the leading couturier of this fashion corporation and
created 20 personal collections while working there. Today Anna
Osmushkina is the most authoritative and leading
Baltic couturier.
